I love making juice especially green juice. Sometimes I buy juice but love freshly made juice at home. This juice has became my recent favorite. These are the ingredients.
I would say ginger and turmeric are optional but I like to add them to all my green juice recipes. I like the spiciness of ginger and the health benefit of turmeric.
Although this juice look dark in color, it’s quite sweet because I am adding carrot, apple and mandarin orange. I usually use Fuji apples for juicing. They are crisp and suitable for juicing. I am using Japanese variety of mandarin orange called Satsuma Mikan but any mandarin oranges will do. The key to make this juice sweet and tasty is to use mandarin oranges, not regular oranges.
There will be no step-by-step instruction today. All you need to do is cut up veggies and fruits and juice them! I hope you give a try.
- 4 large leaves kale
- 1 medium carrot
- 1½ medium apple
- 1 medium mandarin orange
- 1 wedge lemon
- small amount of ginger (optional)
- small amount of turmeric (optional)
- Cut the ingredients and juice them!
