Tofu Misozuke (Miso Marinated Tofu)

- 1 extra firm tofu
- 1 cup miso
- Slice tofu into half. This is optional.
- Wrap tofu with a kitchen towel.
- Place a heavy object on tofu to squeeze water out for at least one hour.
- Coat tofu with miso.
- Place tofu into a container and keep it in a refrigerator for one to three months.
