Tofu Misozuke (Miso Marinated Tofu)

Ingredients
  • 1 extra firm tofu
  • 1 cup miso
Instructions
  1. Slice tofu into half. This is optional.
  2. Wrap tofu with a kitchen towel.
  3. Place a heavy object on tofu to squeeze water out for at least one hour.
  4. Coat tofu with miso.
  5. Place tofu into a container and keep it in a refrigerator for one to three months.
