Sauteed Romaine Lettuce with Nori

Ingredients
  • 5 to 6 big Romaine lettuce leaves
  • A small piece of ginger
  • 1 Table Spoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 sheet roasted nori (dried seaweed paper)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
  1. Wash romaine lettuce leaves and tear them into large bite-size pieces by hand or cut them with a knife
  2. Peel and cut ginger into thin matchsticks
  3. Heat a pan and sautee ginger with little water for 1-2 minutes
  4. Add romaine lettuce and sautee for 30 seconds
  5. Crash roasted nori sheet by hand and add to sauteed lettuce. Stir the pan.
  6. Season sauteed lettuce with soy sauce and remove the pan from stove. Adjust the amount of soy sauce to your taste.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds (optional)
