Sauteed Romaine Lettuce with Nori

- 5 to 6 big Romaine lettuce leaves
- A small piece of ginger
- 1 Table Spoon Soy Sauce
- 1 sheet roasted nori (dried seaweed paper)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Wash romaine lettuce leaves and tear them into large bite-size pieces by hand or cut them with a knife
- Peel and cut ginger into thin matchsticks
- Heat a pan and sautee ginger with little water for 1-2 minutes
- Add romaine lettuce and sautee for 30 seconds
- Crash roasted nori sheet by hand and add to sauteed lettuce. Stir the pan.
- Season sauteed lettuce with soy sauce and remove the pan from stove. Adjust the amount of soy sauce to your taste.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds (optional)
