Vegan Chunky Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  • 2 oz tofu misozuke (4-5 table spoons)
  • Juice of ½ to ¼ of lemon
  • 2-3 small pieces dulse (soaked in 1 table spoon of water)
  • ½ to 1 garlic clove
  • ¼ tea spoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 table spoon olive oil or water
  • Pinch of black salt
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients except for 0.5 oz of tofu misozuke in a blender
  2. Stir in the remaining tofu misozuke
