Ume Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1 chopped umeboshi (pickled plum)
  • 1½ tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon ground sesame seeds (surigoma)
  • ½ teaspoon miso
  • 2-3 tablespoons water
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients except for water and green onions. Add water until it become the constancy you like.
  2. Add green onions and mix (optional)
